रामप्रवेश यादव, एक शिक्षित और उद्यमशील युवा किसान, अग्रिकाश डेयरी सॉल्यूशंस की अग्रणी शक्ति हैं। रामप्रवेश वर्षों से पारंपरिक तरीके से दुधारू पशुओं का पालन- षण कर रहे हैं, अब उन्होंने वैज्ञानिक और व्यावसायिक डेयरी उद्यमिता की एक नई यात्रा शुरू की है।
प्रदीप यादव, एक स्थानीय प्रतिभावान युवा, डेयरी पशु पालन में विशेष रुचि रखते हैं। इन्होंने बनास डेयरी के अंतर्गत पशुओं में कृत्रिम गर्भाधान तकनीक का विशेष प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया है और अपने क्षेत्र में दुधारू पशुओं में नस्ल संवर्धन के लिए कार्य कर रहे हैं। ये भी ‘अग्रिकाश डेयरी सॉल्यूशंस दल के प्रमुख सदस्य हैं।

Agrikaash Dairy Solutions is an enterprise based on emerging dairy practices in the rural areas of Varanasi, with the objective of bringing growth-oriented transformation to the local dairy sector. From addressing issues related to animal husbandry and milk production to milk collection, this initiative under the Agrikaash banner aims to become a one-stop solution for livestock rearers within its coverage area.
Rampravesh Yadav, an educated and entrepreneurial young farmer, is the driving force behind Agrikaash Dairy Solutions. Having reared dairy animals through traditional methods for many years, he has now embarked on a new journey of scientific and commercial dairy entrepreneurship.
Pradeep Yadav, a talented local youth, has a strong interest in dairy animal husbandry. He has received specialised training in artificial insemination of cattle under Banas Dairy and is actively working on breed improvement of dairy animals in his region. He is also a key member of the Agrikaash Dairy Solutions team.
