The Job Ready You module prepares participants for modern work environments by strengthening professionalism, teamwork, time management, and basic digital awareness. For those aspiring to build their own livelihoods, the Rural Entrepreneurship module nurtures an entrepreneurial mindset, practical planning, and financial discipline. It helps rural youth and farmers convert local resources and skills into viable micro-enterprises.

Together, these initiatives empower rural communities to make informed livelihood choices—through employment, agriculture-based enterprises, or self-owned ventures—contributing to inclusive growth and resilient local economies.
